The following questions can be clarified in a one-on-one conversation:

• How can I protect myself against HIV?
• I'm afraid I have been infected. Was there actually a risk of transmission?
• Should I have an HIV test?
• I just found out that I am HIV-positive and want to know what I should do now.
• I want to fight against discrimination.
• A friend is HIV-positive, and I want to talk to someone about it.

Our counselors can also provide you with addresses of other services in your area, such as HIV specialist doctors or self-help groups.
